Sad News – Solly Globman z’l
It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of Solly Globman z’l on December 21 at the age of 91.
Solly is survived by his wife Doreen, his children: Shelley (Martin) Osipov, Bev Pawer, Terry (Angela Weltz),five grandchildren, his sister Jean Cohn of Seattle and sister-in-law, Jackie Wassermann of Winnipeg, many nieces and nephews.
Solly, z’l was a frequenter of the Tuesday Kehillah lunches. A thoughtful gentleman who owned Drapeshire Clothes.–a large factory that made custom-made suits for bar mitzvahs, entertainers who would come into town, movie set costumes and pilot uniforms, Solly’s first priority was always his family.
With unwavering dedication and devotion, he always made sure that everyone was cared for– helping out, organizing, and doing whatever he could to ensure their well being and happiness.
Our heartfelt condolences to the entire Globman family. Zichrono l’vracha – May Solly’s memory forever be a blessing.
