Sad News – William Switzer z’l

It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of William Switzer z”l, father of Beth Israel member Allan Switzer.

We send our heartfelt condolences to his wife of 75 years, Frances Switzer, children Allan Switzer (Sandra Hazan) and Renee Switzer, and grandchildren Rabbi Matthew Bellas, Adam Bellas, Jennifer Wilds, Gabriella Switzer, Julia Switzer, Joshua Switzer, and families.

The funeral will be held on Tuesday, January 9 at 11 am at the Beth Israel Cemetery (1721 Willingdon Ave, Burnaby).

Shiva will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 9, Wed. Jan 10, and Thursday, Jan 11 at 6 pm at the Beth Israel Synagogue (989 West 28th Avenue, Vancouver).
