It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of Valerie Asmoucha z”l, mother of Temple Sholom member Samuel Asmoucha.

 

Valerie was predeceased by her husband David Asmoucha z”l.

 

We send our heartfelt condolences to her children, Tobi, Nathan (and Tamara), and Sam (and Rachel); grandchildren, Yoel, Dov, Maayan, Rafi, Edden, Maiko, and Itai; sister, Hilary; and to her entire family and friends.

 

The funeral will be held on Thursday, October 30, at 2:00 pm at Schara Tzedeck Cemetery (2345 Marine Dr, New Westminster, BC).

 

Shiva will be held on Thursday, October 30 and Sunday, November 2, at 7:30 pm atthe home of Rachel and Sam, 720 East 27th Avenue, Vancouver, BC.

 

In Valerie’s memory, donations can be made to Camp Miriam,Heart and Stroke Foundation, BC Civil Liberties Association.
