Sad News – Trevor Mark Halpern z’l

It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of Trevor Mark Halpern (Tevia ben Rivke), brother of Or Shalom member Chaia Schneid.

Mark passed away peacefully at his home in Denenchofu, Tokyo on March 13 2022 at the age of 62, after a courageous fight with brain cancer. His funeral service was held in Tokyo.

Chaia is joined in her mourning by her husband Moshe Adam and their daughter Sarah. Mark is also mourned by his wife Tomoko, children Aska and Randy, other siblings Howard, Emily, John (Ann) and sister-in-law Akiko (Tomonobu), and by his nieces, nephews and cousins.
