Sad News – Stanley Bertram (Bert) Venis z’l

It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of Stanley Bertram (Bert) Venis z’l, father of Or Shalom member Janie Venis, on January 12, 2021 in Toronto at the age of 87.

Bert was predeceased by his wife, Miriam, and his siblings, Weldon, Arnold, Estelle, and Martin, z”l.

Janie is joined in mourning by her husband, Danny and their children, Sarah, Evan and Leah. Bert is also mourned by Janie’s siblings, Marc and Louna Venis, and Glenn and Judy Venis, and by his grandchildren, Alex, Eric, Dan, Adam, Sam, and Rachel.
