Sad News – Sharon Lax z’l

It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the death of Sharon Lax (nee Wosk) z”l, sister of Schara Tzedeck member Judith Dodek, on July 5, 2023.

Sharon was the daughter of one of the founding families of Schara Tzedeck, Mr. Ben and Mrs. Lilian Wosk.

We send our heartfelt condolences to her husband, Stephen Lax, children, Nicole Lax and Andrew Lax (Jenny), granddaughters, Simone and Ava, sisters, Carol Leiren and Judith Dodek, and her brothers, Larry Wosk and Stanley Wosk.

The funeral took place at the Adas Israel Cemetery (original Ohev Tzedek cemetery) in Hamilton, Ontario on July 9, 2023.
