Sad News – Sanford Cohen z’l

It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the death of Temple Sholom member, Sanford Cohen z”l on Monday, October 30, 2023.

Sanford was predeceased by his wife, Paula Cohen z”l.

We send our heartfelt condolences to his children, Heidi Cohen and Kevin Cohen; grandchildren, Sean Chasidof (Courteney Kusey) and Talia Chasidof; great-grandchild, Jayden; brother, Ben Cohen; and sister-in-law, Terry Bland.

The funeral service will take place tomorrow, Wednesday November 1, 2023, at 11:00 am at Temple Sholom (7190 Oak Street, Vancouver), followed by the interment at Temple Sholom cemetery (14965 – 28th Ave., White Rock/South Surrey, BC).

A shiva minyan will be held at the home of Mary and Mike Cohene in Vancouver on Wednesday, November 1 at 7:00 pm.
