Sad News – Rifaat Rahamim Levy z’l

It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of former Beth Israel member, and Congregation Emanuel (Victoria) member, Rifaat Rahamim (Ralph) Levy z”l.

Our heartfelt condolences to his wife, Gillian , daughter Deborah Levy Barnett (Terry), son Robert (Beverly), and grandchildren Aaron Levy, and Sophie and Maxim Barnett.

A private funeral was held at the Victoria Jewish Cemetery on Wednesday, May 11th.
