Sad News – Lilia Kierszenblat z’l

It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of Lilia Kierszenblat z”l, mother of Schara Tzedeck member Mark Kierszenblat.

We send our heartfelt condolences to her children, Mark (Susie), Joseph, and Michael (Melanie) and to her grandchildren, Jacqueline, Amanda, Chantelle, Lucas, Adam, and Rachel.

The funeral will be held on Thursday February 9, 2023, at 2:00 pm at the Schara Tzedeck Cemetery (2345 Marine Drive, New Westminster).

Shiva and gathering will take place at Congregation Schara Tzedeck (3476 Oak Street, Vancouver) on Thursday February 9 at 5:00 pm, and Sunday-Tuesday, February 12-14, at 5:10 pm.

The funeral service took place yesterday in Winnipeg.
