Sad News – Joyce Silver z’l

It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the death of Temple Sholom member, Joyce Silver z”l on Saturday, November 18, 2023.

We send our heartfelt condolences to her children, Beverley Corber (Ron) and Stephen Silver (Gabriella Tesler); grandchildren, Joshua Corber (Chloe), Brian Corber, and Jeffrey Corber (Angela); great-grandchildren, Eliana, Thomas, Isaac, and Benjamin; and brother, Bernie Copelovitch (Temah).

The funeral service took place on Monday, November 20 at 1:00 pm at the Temple Sholom cemetery (14965 – 28th Ave., White Rock/South Surrey, BC).

The family will gather for shiva at the home of Beverley and Ron Corber in Vancouver on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings (Nov 20-23), with minyan services beginning at 7:30 pm.

Friends and family are also invited to join a Zoom Shiva on Wednesday, November 22nd, at 4:00 pm PT (7:00 pm ET) to offer condolences and share memories.
