Sad News – Florence Beytin z’l

It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of Temple Sholom member Florence Beytin z’l, mother of member Joyce Cherry on October 10, 2020, at the age of 104.

We send our deepest condolences to Florence’s children, Joyce Cherry (Gordon) and Mark Beytin (Abby), her grandchildren, Rebecca Cherry, Aaron Beytin (Jennifer), Noah Beytin, Avi Cherry, Adam Beytin (Elizabeth), her great-grandchildren, Sam, Ara, and Eliza, and her nieces, Merle Grandberg, Geri Reinhardt, Anne Torkington Beytin, Alyse Kraus, and Mindy Gelfond.

The funeral was held at the Temple Sholom Cemetery on Tuesday October 13, 2020 at 2:00 pm PT. It is by invitation only in-person, however, it will also be live streamed to the community on our Temple Sholom website at that time.

Shiva was held online via Zoom on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday October 13-15, 2020 at 7:00 pm PT.
