Sad News – Fay Rafael z’l

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Har El member Fay Rafael z”l.

The funeral was held on Friday, April 8th at 1pm at the Capilano View Cemetery, 1490 3rd St., West Vancouver.

We send our condolences to her husband Howard, her son David (Janice), and entire extended family.

May her memory be for a blessing.
