Sad News – Edith (Dolly) Macara z’l

It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of Edith (Dolly) Macara z’l, mother of Beth Israel member Marilyn Chandler, on July 16, 2020.

We send our heartfelt condolences to her children, Marilyn Chandler (Sheldon Chandler), Mel Macara, Susie Macara (Howard Kushner), her grandchildren, Gillian Chandler (Aren Tulchinsky), Doran Chandler (Leslie Hurtig), Allison Parry (Kel Parry), Kristen Macara (Sean Cailloux), Paul Maraca (Kate), and Lars Kushner and great-grandchildren, Ben, Elliot and Sacha Chandler and Tatum and Neeva Parry.

The funeral will be held today, Monday July 20, 2020, at 2:00 pm in Victoria, BC.

There will be no Shiva due to COVID-19.
