Sad News – Dr. Manuel (Manny) Matas z’l

It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of Dr. Manuel (Manny) Matas, brother of Temple Sholom member Robert Matas, on October 30, 2022.

We send our heartfelt condolences to his brothers, David and Robert (Alicia), daughters, Anna (David) and Sylvia (Mike), grandchildren, Esther Mae, Asher and Noa, and his nephews, Jared (Cheryl) and Max (Danya) and their children.

The funeral took place on November 1, 2022 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Shiva was also held in Winnipeg.
