Sad News – Arnold Vertleib z’l

It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of Arnold Vertleib, Aharon ben Azriel v’Sarah, brother of Or Shalom member Elaine Fridkin, on December 18, 2020 in Dundas, Ontario. Arnold is survived by his wife Jean and their children, Geoffrey, Alana, and Tamara, and their families.

He is also survived by siblings Jerry Vertlieb and Layla Mendelson. Elaine is joined in mourning by her daughters, Alycia (Allyson) and Michelle, and her grandchildren, Curtis and Kiana.

We send our sincere condolences to the entire family and their friends.
Burial took place in Dundas, ON. The family will join Or Shalom’s regular Sunday evening minyan to recite the Mourners’ Kaddish at a Zoom Shiva on Sunday December 20, at 7:00 pm.
