The history of Martin Smith Jewellery dates back to the late 1970s, South Africa, when Martin and Barbara opened their first two jewellery stores, in downtown Johannesburg.  After years of success, the couple immigrated to Vancouver, Canada, where their tradition of excellence continues.  As a retail mainstay in the quaint Vancouver neighbourhood of Kerrisdale since 1996, Martin Smith Jewellery at The Perfect Gift has become a cornerstone of the Vancouver jewellery and gift scene.
