It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of Schara Tzedeck member Meyer (Myer) Chaim Grinshpan z”l.

 

He was a child survivor, the son of Leja & Hirsch, a teacher, an activist, who also created a business importing educational games from Israel.

 

A staunchly proud Zionist, Meyer immortalized “Hatikvah” in both how he sang it and how he lived his life. Our heartfelt condolences to his sons, Roy and Yossie Grinshpan.

 

The funeral will take place this Friday, September 5th, at 12 pm at the Schara Tzedeck Cemetery in New Westminster. 2345 Marine Dr, New Westminster, BC V3M 2V1
