Sad News – Susie Micner z’l

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Schara Tzedeck member, Susie Micner z”l, who died Friday afternoon, shortly before Shabbat.

Susie was predeceased by her husband, Chaim Micner (z’l) in 2013.

Susie is survived by her three children, Fay (Dr. Roy Weiss), Jack (Karen) and Sam. Susie is also survived by six grandchildren: Tamara Micner, Mimi Micner, Dr. Mia Weiss, Hillel Weiss, Baruch Weiss, and Zalman Weiss and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will take place at the Schara Tzedeck Cemetery.

2345 Marine Dr, New Westminster, BC V3M 6R8 at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 4th.

Shiva to follow, Monday evening through Thursday evening, at 7:30 p.m. at Schara Tzedeck Synagogue, 3476 Oak Street, Vancouver.
