It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of Beth Israel member Simon Jacobson z”l.

We send our heartfelt condolences to his wife Raisie, children Debbie (Adam), Sheryl (Scott) and Brian (Elana) and grandchildren Gabe, Maddy, Samantha, Benjamin, Abigail and Samuel, and to his entire extended family and dear friends.

The funeral will be held on Sunday, February 22, 2026 at 1:30pm at the Beth Israel Cemetery (1721 Willingdon Ave, Burnaby BC V5C 5J2).

Shiva will be held on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, February 22, 23, 24 and 25 in Vancouver BC.
