It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of Adele Hopkins z”l, mother of Beth Israel member Carol Hopkins.

 

We send our sincere condolences to her children, Carol (Anton) and Martin (Lynne), grandchildren, Jade (Jas), Rachel, Gary (Annique), and Ryan (Solange), and to her entire family and friends.

 

The funeral will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025 in Johannesburg, South Africa.

 

Shiva Minyan will be held at Beth Israel on Sunday, October 5, 2025 at 6:00 pm.
