Holiday Greetings from Café Isabella; an enchanting café nestled in the backyard of an artistic family business. It is a five-minute walk from our apartment in Pardes Hanna.
The café was established 3 years ago during the pandemic. It is an outside café with an indoor gift shop area. The set-up of tables and chairs in the garden amidst the trees is inviting and the conversations are varied and lively. The delicious coffee and menu
items along with the distinct tree carvings make this café a destination location!
We just celebrated three years since we moved back to Israel and chose to buy an apartment and root ourselves in Pardes Hanna. Recently our town of just over 40,000 has attracted more people to visit to check out the new restaurants and cafés that have
been popping up everywhere and no shortage of community driven initiatives.
An idea came to me while sitting in Café Isabella and wanting to make a difference. Since my husband Yossi links so many people to community events and businesses why not invite Vancouverites to Israel and show them places and meet local Israelis that
have roots here in the region of Pardes Hanna and travel to places off the beaten track north of our hometown of Pardes Hanna.
I am already working on a three-day itinerary for small groups of 4-6 starting in our very own Air BnB.
If you are planning a trip to Israel this spring or summer contact Yossi from Yossilinks.com who will tell you more about what start up Israeli idea his Canadian/Israeli wife is working on.
In the meantime wishing you a Happy Hannukah and waiting to have coffee with you at Café Isabella!
