BGU’s Emergency Campaign – Rebuilding Together
This Rosh Hashanah, Rebuild Hope
As we welcome the New Year, we draw strength from resilience — the heart of the Jewish spirit.
Ben-Gurion University, Israel’s engine of innovation and healing, was struck by three Iranian missiles. Labs, classrooms, and lives were shattered.
But BGU rises. Guided by Ben-Gurion’s vision, our students and researchers are rebuilding — creating hope for the Negev, for Israel, for the world.
This Rosh Hashanah, stand with BGU. Help rebuild the Western Negev. Be part of Israel’s resilience.
Shanah Tovah U’Metukah — may this year bring healing, strength, and hope.
BGU Canada is running an emergency response appeal to help rebuild the BGU campus, 9 laboratories, medical school classrooms, our main library and the gym in the aftermath of the 3 Iranian ballistic missiles that fell on Beer Sheva June 19th, 20th and 24th.
Please watch the message below from BGU President, Professor Daniel Chamovitz and consider making a gift to help in the rebuilding and the recovery of Beer Sheva and the Negev.
Shabbat Shalom,
David Berson
