It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the death of Chuck Herman, father of or Shalom member, Steve Herman, and Temple Sholom member, Ava Herman.

Chuck died peacefully at the age of 93 on December 5, 2024 in Vancouver.

 

We send our heartfelt condolences to his wife, Sheila Herman, his children, Ava Herman and Steve Herman (Evelyn Neaman), his grandchildren, Jason Margolus, Lea Herman, and Kira Herman, and to his extended family and friends.

 

The funeral was held at Schara Tzedeck Cemetery (Surrey) on Sunday December 8, 2024.

 

Shiva will be held at the home of Steve Herman and Evelyn Neaman on Thursday, December 12 at 7:00 pm in Vancouver.

 

Donations in memory and honour of Chuck can be made to the Louis Briar Foundation.
