Shlomo's Catering

During my career as a professional chef and caterer since 1987, I studied cooking at the Tadmor School of Cooking, in Herzlia, Israel. I worked in major hotels in Israel, in various restaurants in Vancouver and owned/operated a restaurant in Vancouver.

I worked as a Kosher caterer for the Jewish Community and I specialize in Israeli/Sephardi, Asian, Middle Eastern and Eastern European Jewish cooking.
