Sad News – Sheila Lowe z’l

It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of Sheila Lowe z’l in Vancouver.

We send our sincere condolences to her daughters, Norma Lowe Klein and Ellen Rappaport (Eppy), her brother, Harvey Permack (Connie), her grandchildren, Aviva, Lauren and Daniel, and to her nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held today, Friday, July 24th, in Winnipeg at the Eitz Chaim Cemetery.

A private Shiva will be held.
