It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Beth Israel member Ruby Gales z”l.

 

We send our sincere condolences to her husband of 72 years, Gerald Gales, children, Stewart (Mirelle), Ellen, and Maureen, her 6 grandchildren, her 3 great-grandchildren, and to her cousin, nieces, nephews and their families.

 

The funeral will be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Beth Israel Cemetery (1721 Willingdon Ave. in Burnaby, BC).

 

Shiva will take place from Tuesday, August 26th to Thursday, August 28th at 7:30 pm at the Vancouver home of Gerald Gales.
