Sad News – Marianne Tatar z’l

It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of Marianne “Maya” Tatar z’l, beloved Aunt of our member Ben Lubinizki (Astrid Visscher) and her Grand Nieces and Nephews, Lucie Hiltner, Clementine Hiltner, Finn Hiltner and Sophia Visccher-Lubinizki.

Our heartfelt condolences to her niece, Diane Loebl of Victoria (Armik Yaghoobian) and to the family of her niece Meira Shem-Tov z’l (Moshe Shem-Tov) of Kibbutz Mayan-Baruch and their children Nimrod and Yamit Shem Tov. She is predeceased by her beloved brothers, Walter Lobl z’l and Kurt Loebl z’l (Judith Loebl) and nieces, Cara Loebl Nadler z’l and Sheila Shulamit Lubinizki z’l.

The funeral will be held on Thursday, August 31st at 10:30am at the Schara Tzedek :Cemetery. Shiva will be held on Thursday August 31st and Sunday September 4th at 7:30pm at the home of Ben Lubinizki and Astrid Visscher in Vancouver, B.C.
