It is we deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of Schara Tzedeck member John Grunau z”l.

We send our sincere condolences to his wife, Ruth Eckstein Grunau, children, Esther Sacha Grunau (Russell Koenigbaur), Peter David Grunau (Gilat Grunau), Anna Danielle Guest (Douglas Guest) and Rachel Lisa Grunau (Liran Medwedsky), grandchildren, Boaz, Yael, Max, Natan, Grace, Maya, Eyal, and Jonah, and to his sister, Regina Bartel (Gerd Bartel).

The burial took place on Tuesday, March 25 (25 Adar) at Har Meron, Israel.

Shiva minyan was held in Vancouver.
