It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of James Quig z”l, father of Schara Tzedeck member Susan Quig (Gary Miller) and grandfather of their son, Adam Miller (Sarah.)

 

Our heartfelt condolences to his children Susan (Gary), Jennifer (Alex), Sarah (Ron), David, Marc (Myra) and Willow (Kerrie), and grandchildren Adam (Sarah), Madeleine (David), Jacob, Emilie (Maddy), Hailey, Madison, Samuel and Benjamin and to his sister Carolyn (Bernard.) He was predeceased by his wife of 52 years Francoise Briere z”l.

 

Shiva will be observed at Congregation Beth Israel Synagogue’s Mincha service at 6 pm through Thursday, July 30, 2026.

Susan will say a few words during the service on Wednesday, July 29, 2026.
