Sad News – Chava Benjamin z’l

It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of Chava Benjamin (Chava bat Frieda, z”l), wife of Dr. Abraham Benjamin. Abe and Chava were both involved in the founding of Congregation Beth Hamidrash and have been long time members and supporters of the synagogue.
Chava passed away on Shevat 4, 5782 (January 6, 2022), in Vancouver.

The funeral was held at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 7, 2022 at Schara Tzedeck Cemetery, 2345 Marine Drive, New Westminster (map).

Our sincere condolences to her husband Abe. May her memory be for a blessing. B’smachot, may we only share B’sorot Tovot.
