It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of Alec (Eliyahu Ben Yakov Chaim) Zaidel z”l, brother of Schara Tzedeck member Simon (Bella) Zaidel, who passed away in South Africa on Sunday morning, August 17th (23 Av), at the age of 86.

 

We send our heartfelt condolences to his siblings, Simon (Bella) Zaidel, Sylvia, Aaron, Myron, and Solly, and to his entire family.

 

Shiva will take place at Congregation Schara Tzedeck (3476 Oak Street, Vancouver) from Wednesday, August 20th to 23rd (morning service at 6:45 am and evening services at 8:10 pm) till Sunday, August 24th (morning services at 8:30 am).
