It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of Abe Bell z’l, husband of Sylvia Bell, father of Jeffrey Bell (Charlotte), and grandfather of Madelaine & Zachary, on February 14, 2015.

The funeral will take place in Regina, Saskatchewan.
