Project L’Chaim and Vancouver Talmud Torah are proud to host Mind Care Talks in partnership with 15 local Jewish organizations.

Join us at 6:30 PM on May 23rd as we improve our mental health through education, awareness, prevention and intervention.

Featuring presentations for parents, educators and professionals, this evening will feature three presentations from experts in the mental wellness field including a keynote by Hannah Beach on Emotion Regulation and Resilience.

The keynote will be followed by breakout sessions with Rabbi Zalman Abraham, director of The Wellness Institute and Karen Levitt, Deputy City Manager of Vancouver on the topics of Self Esteem and Growing Through Challenges. An additional breakout session for teachers will be held by Hannah Beach.
