The Perfect Bite Catering Company’s goal is to create unique and memorable events for our clients and their guests. This philosophy comes from the founder, Chef Ricci-Leigh, who believes that all of life’s celebrations deserve the perfect meal served with friendly and professional staff.
Ricci-Leigh Smith is a classically trained, certified Red-Seal Chef. With a flair and passion, she prepares each original dish with a zesty and modern take on French, Italian and Jewish cuisine that is uniquely her own. Having honed her skills a the world-class Four Seasons Hotel and being a gold-medal winning member of Culinary Team Canada, Ricci has proven herself to be one of Vancouver’s most creative, up-and-coming caterers.
