Dr. Michal Regev
Dr. Michal Regev earned her B.A. (Hon.) in Educational Counselling at Tel-Aviv University and both her M.A. and Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, B.C.
Dr. Regev is a Registered Psychologist and a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist; she has provided therapy to individuals, couples and families since 1990.
Dr. Regev is an Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC. She has taught a variety of courses, such as Family Counselling, Adult Counselling and Supervised Clinical Practice.
In 1996, and then again in 1997, Dr. Regev won the International Women’s Leadership Award for excellence in practice and research in the area of Postpartum Depression.
Since the year 2000, Dr. Regev has provided therapy to clients in her private practice, as well as to patients of the Reproductive Mental Health Program and their partners at BC Women’s Hospital. She has presented at numerous conferences and workshops, both locally and internationally.
